Tyler Hall Obtains $325,000 for Client Struck by A Commercial Truck

RAM Law attorney, Tyler Hall, obtained $325,000 for a client injured when a commercial work truck ran a red light and struck the client’s vehicle. The defendant denied causing the crash but an independent witness confirmed that the defendant drove through the red light. As a result of the crash, the client suffered aggravations of prior injuries requiring multiple pain injections and a shoulder surgery.
