Tyler Hall Obtained $175,000 Settlement for a Client in a Trucking Accident

RAM Law’s personal injury attorney Tyler Hall obtained $175,000 settlement for a client in a trucking accident. The client was injured when a freight liner weighing over 26,000 lbs and owned by Penske Trucks failed to stop at a stop light and hit another car. The Penske truck crashed into a car that had already come to a stop at the light. The car was then sent into the intersection where it collided with the client’s vehicle. The client suffered a tear in her left shoulder which required one injection and arthroscopic surgery. The surgery resolved the client’s pain. RAM Law alleged that that the company and their driver violated both the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and the New Jersey CDL Manual. The case settled in the middle of discovery and shortly afterwards, RAM Law’s personal injury lawyers requested to depose the Penske Truck driver and the corporate representative.
