Rebenack obtains $175,000 settlement for shoulder injuries

The RAM Law client visited a shop on LBI during the winter months. He slipped and fell due to a black ice condition on the sidewalk. The client suffered a rotator cuff tear requiring arthroscopic surgery and physical therapy. The insurance carrier for the store offered to settle the case shortly after trial was scheduled.
