Rebenack Obtains $150,000 Settlement for Multiple Crash Litigation

RAM Law Partner Ed Rebenack obtains a $150,000 settlement for multiple car crash litigation. The RAM Law client was involved in two car crashes 5 months apart. The client was rear-ended in the first crash and T-boned in the second crash. Both crashes resulted in neck and back injuries treated with pain management procedures. The crashes were combined in the same litigation and ultimately settled for $150,000. The settlement was a combination of payments from the insurance carriers for each defendant as well as the client’s UIM carrier.
