RAM Lawyers Craig Aronow, Matt Bonanno and Rachel Holt Obtain $800,000 for Client Hurt in Truck Crash

RAM lawyers Craig Aronow, Matt Bonanno and Rachel Holt obtained an $800,000 settlement for a RAM client that underwent surgical procedures as a result of his injuries from a crash with a light body trash removal truck.  Craig Aronow oversaw and managed the case and negotiated the settlement, while Matt Bonanno obtained favorable deposition testimony causally relating the client’s injuries to the crash, from a defense doctor, and Rachel Holt prepared the case for mediation, assisted with the mediation and the mandatory arbitration .  The matter was resolved shortly before trial with the defense increasing their pre-arbitration offer from $275,000 to $800,000 after arbitration.
