RAM Law’s Craig Aronow Settles Client’s Case for $475,000

Nearly two complete insurance policies were obtained to resolve a RAM Law client’s case, where she required low back surgery following a car crash. The entire balance of the other driver’s insurance policy, $100,000 was obtained and $375,000 of our client’s underinsured motorist (UIM) policy was obtained (out of a possible $400,000). The case was settled well before discovery closed and well before trial.
