RAM Law Partners Ed Rebenack and Tyler Hall Present Truck Crash Litigation Webinar

Ed Rebenack and Tyler Hall had the pleasure of presenting a truck crash litigation webinar to attorneys around the country this week with the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys. The webinar taught various ways to leverage a truck or bus company’s insurance underwriting file to maximize the value of a negligent hiring claim. Ed and Tyler began their careers representing the insurance industry and defended hundreds of motor vehicle crash claims. They now litigate against the insurance industry and use their insurance experience to help victims of truck and bus crashes. Ed and Tyler were the first two attorneys in NJ, and within the first 50 attorneys across the country, to obtain Board Certification in Truck Accident Law from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. The Board Certification deals with the procedural, substantive, and practical issues unique to collision cases involving commercial tractor-trailers, buses, and other commercial motor vehicles and all of the people and entities in the transportation cycle.
