RAM Law Partner Tyler Hall obtained a $330,000 settlement for a truck crash in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The client’s car was rear ended by a large box truck. The truck driver claimed at the scene that his brakes failed. After discovery and depositions, the truck driver eventually admitted that he lied to the police officer and was just not paying attention.
