RAM Law Partner Tyler Hall Obtained $750,000 Settlement

RAM Law partner, Tyler Hall, obtained $750,000 for a client who was injured in a tractor-trailer crash. The defendant’s tractor-trailer attempted to make a right turn from the left lane, which is an illegal maneuver. While making the turn, the defendant’s truck struck the client’s vehicle which was in the right lane. During the case, it was discovered that the truck company never trained the truck driver on the proper technique for making safe right turns. As a result of the crash, the client suffered a neck injury and underwent a one level cervical disc replacement surgery. The client was also given a recommendation for a low back surgery to correct a preexisting condition that was aggravated by the trauma. The trucking company offered to settle the case even before our client was deposed.
