RAM Law Partner Jay Mascolo Settles Trip and Fall Case for $165,000 Prior to Trial

The RAM Law client tripped on a raised and defective walkway on the exterior premises of a shopping center located in Toms River. The client was 60 years old at the time of the accident.

She sustained an aggravation of prior neck and low back disc herniations. Ultimately she underwent surgeries for her injuries. The case settled in Ocean County Courthouse on the day of trial.
