RAM Law Partner, Craig Aronow, obtained a $425,000 settlement for a RAM Law client that was injured in a three car crash. She was the driver of the middle vehicle that was struck from behind and pushed into the car ahead of her. In the impact she suffered injuries to her low back and a knee. He low back injury required a minimally invasive surgical procedure and she was still undergoing physical therapy on her knee. The settlement followed extensive discovery and court ordered arbitration.
