RAM Law Attorneys Matt Bonanno & Howard Buckner obtain $1million insurance policy limits settlement

The RAM Law client was driving his truck when he was struck from behind by another driver injuring his neck and back.  After conservative treatment failed to help, the client ultimately required fusion surgery in his neck and the use of a bone stimulator.  The client will also require an additional fusion surgery to his low back.  Matt & Howard were able to get the other driver’s insurance policy limits.  They then filed a lawsuit against the client’s insurance carrier for underinsured motorist benefits.  Following depositions the carrier offered the entire policy.
