RAM Law Attorney Matt Bonanno Obtains $225,000 Settlement for Client Bitten by Dog

RAM Law’s client went to her realtor’s house to drop off a check, when the realtor’s dog jumped and bit the client, knocking her to the ground. The client fell on her outstretched hand fracturing her wrist, necessitating surgery with hardware. Following surgery, the client underwent physical therapy with a good result. The case settled for $225,000 following the depositions of all parties.
