Matt Bonanno Obtains $100,000 Settlement for Client Injured in a Car Accident

RAM Law Associate Matt Bonanno settled a car accident claim for $100,000. The client was driving on Old Post Road in Edison, NJ, as she entered the intersection with Route 1. Another car attempted to make a left turn in front of her vehicle and struck the front of her vehicle. She suffered a fractured orbital which necessitated surgery. The insurance company for the at-fault driver agreed to pay its policy limit of $100,000 to avoid litigation.
