Jay Mascolo Settles Auto Accident Case for $375,000

RAM Law Partner Jay Mascolo settles auto accident case for $375,000. The RAM Law client was operating a vehicle that was struck in the rear by another vehicle. The accident resulted in neck and back injuries.  Following a course of conservative medical treatment and pain management treatment, the client underwent a multi-level cervical diskectomy and fusion surgery. The case settled after an arbitration hearing and prior to trial.
