Jay Mascolo Retained by Child USA

Jay Mascolo was retained by CHILD USA to file legal brief in Appellate Court on issues related to New Jersey’s Child Sex Abuse Act. CHILD USA is a leading national nonprofit organization that fights for the legal rights of minors in efforts to protect children and bring justice to survivors of abuse. Jay filed an Amicus Curiae brief in a pending lawsuit which will have future implications on civil suits arising out of child sexual abuse.
