Jay Mascolo obtains $240,000 for Client Sustaining Neck and Back Injuries

A RAM Law client was injured as a result of being a passenger in two separate automobile collisions one month apart.  The client sustained injuries to his neck and back.  After over a year of conservative medical treatment and pain management, he ultimately underwent a lumbar discectomy surgery.  Attorney Jay Mascolo from RAM Law settled the case prior to jury selection at trial.
