RAM Law Partner, Ed Rebenack, settles Somerset County truck crash litigation for $1 million. The RAM Law client was a tractor-trailer driver for a local company. While traveling on Route 78, the driver of another truck crossed several lanes of traffic and struck the passenger side of the RAM Law client’s tractor. The impact overturned the tractor resulting in several injuries requiring wrist and neck surgeries. The defendant insurance companies all denied coverage for the crash. These denials triggered the RAM Law client’s access to uninsured motorist (UM) coverage held by his employer. Ultimately, the UM insurance company agreed to pay their $1 million coverage limit to avoid further litigation.
