Craig Aronow Obtains $195,000 for Client with Neck Injury

A RAM Law client suffered injuries to his neck in a car crash. Prior to the car crash he had degenerative disc disease as shown on earlier MRIs. Following the car crash, a subsequent MRI showed that disease was significantly worse than before. The client’s doctors believed that the trauma from the crash caused disc material to compress a nerve in his cervical spine which resulted in pain and necessitated surgical intervention. Craig Aronow got $195,000 for the client in this case.
