Construction Site Head Injury Case Settles for $1.2 Million

Plaintiff suffered a head injury when a log rolled off a hill and hit him on the head. The case involved clearing the debris and brush from a right-of-way. Plaintiff returned to his job as a truck driver but continued to have significant cognitive dysfunction. The case was settled at mediation.
