Aronow Obtains $575,000 for Client with Injured Back

A RAM Law client, who had a prior low back injury, suffered further injuries which required surgical intervention. The injury happened when she her car was rear-ended by a driver whose brakes failed. Her car was actually struck twice by the same driver. She went to the hospital with complaints of immediate pain and ultimately required both orthopedic and pain management intervention. The case resolved on its trial date.
