A trial lawyer for close to two decades, RAM Law co-founding partner Ed Rebenack is passionate about helping people who have been hurt as a result of the negligence of others, whether through a car accident, a slip and fall, or other form of personal injury.
When Ed initially meets with clients, his main goals are to find out whether they are receiving adequate medical treatment for their injuries and what their other immediate needs are, first and foremost. Are they out of work and need to know how their wages will be paid? Do they need short-term transportation? Or, do they need childcare needs?
Once Ed’s clients are being physically taken care of, he focuses on learning what is creating chaos for them. Given the size of RAM Law, Ed is proud that the firm adapts a team approach and provides a high level of personal attention to each client in an effort to deliver extraordinary service. Clients genuinely appreciate being kept informed on the progress of their case and having phone calls returned and emails responded to in a timely manner. These are all part of the RAM Law difference.
