New Brunswick, NJ (February 2016) – RAM Law’s client, a woman who was a front seat passenger in a car that approached an intersection with malfunctioning traffic signals, suffered extensive injuries resulting when her driver and another vehicle failed to stop at that intersection and collided with each other. The client suffered a laceration to her forehead treated by a plastic surgeon, back injuries treated by a pain management specialist, and anxiety treated with counseling.
The case was filed by RAM partner Ed Rebenack in the Superior Court of NJ in Monmouth County, and settled on the eve of trial for $345,000.
