$245,000 Settlement for Pedestrian-Automobile Accident

RAM Law partner, Jay Mascolo, obtained a $245,000 settlement for a pedestrian injured in an automobile accident. The RAM Law client was a pedestrian who was walking across the intersection of Texas Road and Route 9 in Old Bridge, New Jersey when she was struck by an automobile making a left turn onto the highway. Plaintiff was in the crosswalk at the time of the accident. As a result of the accident, Plaintiff sustained a displaced fracture to the right arm that required an open reduction surgery and fixation of hardware and a subsequent corrective surgery. Plaintiff was left with a permanent limitation and disfigurement to her arm.
