Co-Founder Edward J. Rebenack, Esq. is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney and Board Certified in Truck Accident Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He concentrates his practice on representing catastrophically injured clients. He also obtained a Class A CDL and is a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys Board of Regents. Co-Founder Craig M. Co-Founder Jay Silvio Mascolo, Esq. is a personal injury lawyer and Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. He concentrates his practice on two areas: representing individuals who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others and representing victims of sexual abuse in civil claims against the culpable defendants and entities.  He represents dozens of survivors in lawsuits throughout New Jersey against Catholic Dioceses, public school districts, New Jersey Child Protection and Permanency, and various private entities, as well as representing dozens of survivors in the Boy Scouts of American Bankruptcy litigation. He serves as a select member of the victims’ attorneys liaison committee, which helps manage hundreds of consolidated clergy cases throughout the state. He is among the few attorneys in New Jersey who have won a number of jury trial verdicts on behalf of sexual abuse victims since New Jersey passed landmark legislation in 2019 allowing victims additional time to bring child sex abuse lawsuits. Jay has extensive trial experience, having tried dozens of jury trials to conclusions in nearly all of the 21 counties throughout New Jersey.  Mr. Mascolo is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Attorney. Partner Tyler J. Hall, Esq. is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court and a Board-Certified Truck Accident Attorney by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
