$175,000 Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident Victim

April 21, 2016 — RAM Law attorney Ed Rebenack settled a motor vehicle accident case on the 4^th day of trial for $175,000.

At the beginning of trial, the initial offer was $10,400. After each day of trial, the offer increased until settlement. The client was rear-ended on Millstone River Rd. in Montgomery in 2011. He eventually underwent a right shoulder arthroscopy.
