$135,000 Settlement for Trip and Fall Accident

RAM Law partner, Jay Mascolo, obtained a $135,000 settlement for a tenant who tripped and fell on a defective walkway located in her apartment complex. While the RAM Law client was walking to the apartment parking lot, she tripped on a broken portion of the walkway that had been raised and also obscured by snow. The client sustained an aggravation of a pre-existing knee condition and a tear of her meniscus that ultimately required an open surgery to repair.
