Tyler Hall Obtains $430,000 for Client

RAM Law attorney, Tyler Hall, obtained $430,000 for a client who was injured when her vehicle was rear ended in Manhattan. The other driver only had $25,000 in insurance coverage. As a result, we were able to obtain a total settlement of $430,000 from the client’s own insurance company through underinsured motorist coverage. The car crash resulted in injuries to our client’s head, neck and low back requiring therapy, multiple injections and two hand surgeries to correct nerve damage.
