It happened when the defendant’s vehicle pulled out from a parking lot onto a busy street and the vehicles collided. The client suffered a cervical herniation with radiculopathy, injury to her left hand and a tear in her right knee. The client underwent left hand surgery and disc replacement surgery for her neck pain. Unfortunately, the client’s recovery was limited by the amount of insurance coverage available but the case was settled during the discovery period.
