Mascolo obtains $305,000 for Pedestrian struck by vehicle

RAM Law partner, Jay Mascolo, obtained a $305,000 settlement for a client who injured after she was struck by an automobile while crossing a street. The RAM Law client was walking across a street within the crosswalk when the defendant turned his vehicle and struck the pedestrian causing her to fall to the ground. The 39 year old female sustained a displaced fracture to her clavicle that required a fusion surgery and a subsequent hardware removal surgery. The case settled prior to trial in Union County.
