$500,000 for Wrongful Death Claims

RAM Law partner, Ed Rebenack, obtained a $500,000 settlement for the family of a car accident victim. The at-fault driver attempted to turn left in front of the RAM Law client which resulted in the collision. The client developed fatal complications from the accident-related injuries. $500,000 represented the full extent of available insurance coverage. Rebenack obtained settlement of the insurance proceeds for the family without the need for formal litigation.
