Rebenack Obtains $375,000 Settlement for Ambulance Litigation

RAM Law Partner Ed Rebenack obtained $375,000 settlement for ambulance litigation. The RAM Law client worked as a paramedic attending to a patient in the back of an ambulance en route to the hospital. The ambulance driver hit a speed bump at an unsafe speed causing the back of the ambulance to bounce. The client suffered an aggravation of a prior neck injury ultimately requiring surgery.
