Brandon A. Granda obtained full policy limits for client involved in a motor vehicle collision. Client was rear ended by another vehicle while traveling on Route 23 in Wayne, New Jersey and stopped at a red traffic light. The driver of the other vehicle claimed that he was blinded by glare from the sun. Client sustained injuries to her left wrist, neck, and back, which required her to undergo a course of medical treatment that included diagnostic testing, physical therapy, and spinal injections.
